Definitions

Pre-Vacuum

Pre-vacuuming is an important step as it removes all surface, dirt and grime before the more complex process of deep cleaning can begin.
Pre-spray

Pre-spraying consists of the application of a cleaning solution (TLC) to carpet fibres by a chemical sprayer. This will lead to a better clean.
Counter-rotating brushes

The rotating bristles of a counter-rotating brush refresh any matted carpet. It removes human and pet hair, dust, and anything that the vacuum cannot reach as it's below the surface as the bristles comb every fiber in the carpet from the base to the tip.
Steam cleaning

Steam cleaning is a natural and effective way to remove stubborn dirt and stains. A steam cleaner kills 99.9% of household germs, viruses, and molds. It even kills the strongest pathogens like E. Coli and Salmonella from surfaces.

Rake finish

Carpet grooming is done by running the carpet brush and/or rake over your carpet fibers with a bit of pressure. You can rake your carpet after vacuuming to pull up matted carpet and give your carpet that new look and feel.
