Service prices are based on an average household: three bedrooms, one connecting hallway, one set of 12-15 stairs and one landing, or approximately 800-1000 square feet.

We request that you vacuum the carpets we are cleaning before our arrival. If this is not done, we may charge an additional $50 vacuuming fee.

No, we cannot remove every stain. Burns, cuts, chemical spills and other types of damage may be impossible to remove, but we will try our best to reduce their appearance.
